Agatha, for what it's worth, I have received no emails from this jerk. But he may be targeting only women. Have you tried blocking him in your email? If you're using Yahoo, go to Options (top left of the screen), Mail Options, Blocked Addresses, and add his email to it. You won't have any more from that email address hitting your inbox.

It is with the greatest regret that I have to leave this group.
I enjoy the posts very much but one person has hijacked your mailing list and is regularly sending "UNSOLICTED and UNWANTED" emails sometimes 40 mb long, and all attempting to promote himself as some sort of super-stud!!!
With a yahoo group I can always opt out of the mailing list when I want, but this individual, WADELL CALLAHAN <chicagoblkman@gmail.com>, does not give me that option and also rejects all my polite requests to stop sending me his emails.
So, in an attempt to stop his unsolicted stuff I have to see whether or not resigning from this group will get me some relief.
I hope that, one day, I amy be able to re-apply for membership if I feel he has stopped using your membership list for sending out his circulars.
